How business leaders can adapt to the uncertain digital future
Let’s talk digital future: during COVID-19 companies had to expand or establish their work from home policies. Twitter decided to let staff work from home forever. Spotify embraced remote work and will let employees work from home through the end of the year. Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook CEO, said they would start “aggressively opening up remote hiring”. He also expects half its workforce would be working remotely over the next five to 10 years.
In this interview on the #WinXToday podcast, we’re talking to Alex T. Steffen, a Senior Advisor & Speaker on adaptability-driven leadership. He advises senior leaders at companies such as Mercedes, Red Bull, and Accenture how they can adapt to the uncertain digital future.
We talk about 21st-century skills that are important to thrive in the future, the neuroscience behind the change to create opportunities, and how to adapt your business to the digital future.
Alex explains why adaptive intelligence is indispensable for business leaders.
